Our International Disputes, Arbitration, and Litigation team has experience in conducting complex matters before a number of Indian and international courts, and under the rules of most major arbitral institutions. The team has familiarity with the laws of multiple jurisdictions including India, Singapore, UK and Switzerland. Its members have previously held senior positions at law firms, leading chambers, and government offices. The team has a focus on arbitration; commercial litigation; and the avoidance and conduct of legal matters across various fora in India and internationally. The team is led from our New Delhi office by our Partner Mr. Garv Malhotra who was formerly an International Lawyer with Drew & Napier LLC in Singapore. 

Our Public, Consumer and Real Estate Laws team specialises in providing advice and representation in strategic matters involving the central and state governments in India. The team has in-depth knowledge of Administrative and Service Laws like the functioning of government departments, rules and procedures. The team has also acted in many matters before the District, State and National consumer courts of India, all the way up to the Supreme Court. The team is led from our New Delhi office by a former career-bureaucrat Mr. Maneesh Kumar who retired as Joint-Secretary, Government of India. 

Our White-Collar Crime & Insolvency Law team has substantial experience in conducting a wide variety of proceedings ranging from debt recovery and restructuring to defence in complex money laundering disputes. The team is adept at handling matters relating to the Indian Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and at handling the civil and criminal aspects of sensitive disputes like defamation efficiently. The team is led by our retained Counsel Mr. Tirth Bhatt from the Ahmedabad office. 

Our Commercial Litigation and Corporate Advisory team have experience in conducting matters in India, Singapore, and globally. The team’s members have acted in disputes at all levels of the judicial hierarchy. The team has also advised a number of entities in complex commercial transactions and assisted clients in drafting important documents. The team is co-chaired by our Retained Counsels Mr. Anuj Dave, Ms. Karunya Raghunath and Mr. Nitesh Pandey. 

Our Private Client team focuses on providing the highest quality of bespoke turnkey legal services to select preferred individuals and entities. The team specialises in exceptional quality troubleshooting and legal advisory services for a handful of individuals and families. The team is led from our New Delhi office by our Partner Garv Malhotra. 

Our Disruptive Technology team was set up in 2020 with a view to assist clients who are exploring and investing time and resources into this developing area. The focus of the team is legal policy research and advisory work. The team also handles matters relating to IPR law including trademark litigation, international protection advisory etc. The team is led by Ms. Arundhati Kale and Mr. Eshan Chaturvedi from the New Delhi office.

C. Specialised Desks

Our Singapore Desk focuses on assisting individuals and companies with cost-effective advice and representation solutions concerning Singapore. This desk is led by Mr. Garv Malhotra, who has substantial experience and relationships in Singapore legal practice. The team has handled complex arbitration matters in Singapore (under Singapore and English Laws; and under SIAC and ICC Rules). The team members have also assisted clients in several litigation matters before the Singapore courts. Through its network, the firm provides corporate law advice and assistance in relation to matters involving conducting business in Singapore. 

Our GIFT City Desk focuses on providing legal services related to the Gujarat International Finance Tech City (GIFT City). The desk is spearheaded from our Ahmedabad office (less than 30km away) and is Co-Chaired by our lawyers, Mr. Anuj Dave, Mr. Tirth Bhatt, and Mr. Garv Malhotra. The desk maintains close connections with the movers and shakers in the region. It has advised government and private entities regarding the establishment and operation of GIFT-focussed projects.
